What does it cost me to use a Recruiter?
Client rates vary based on Medical Specialty, Client Census, and current Industry Standards. We have a discounted rate structure for those who need multiple slots filled, and we also offer discounted perm fees for Healthcare Providers who sign on permanently after a Locum Tenens Assignment. And lastly, because our overhead is lower than larger companies, we can also offer you lower rates in many instances!
How do you screen and credential your providers?
See Our QA/Credentialing Process section.
What details does All-Star arrange?
We take care of all housing and travel arrangements, which can range from a hotel to a single family home depending on the area and length of assignment (sometimes leasing apartments and homes for longer assignments save significant dollars when compared to a hotel).
Do you pay and provide Malpractice Insurance? Who pays the providers?
Yes. We furnish our providers with an "A" Rated, Claims made policy with a pre-paid tail. And when it comes to paying the providers, we take care of that twice a month and offer direct deposit. In certain instances our clients will prefer to use their own Malpractice and/or pay the provider, which is also acceptable.
Do you assist your providers with licensing and credentialing?
Yes. We assist our providers by helping them with Hospital Credentialing, Licensing Applications, and anything else we can to keep everything running smooth.
