carefully screens each and every provider before they are put to work, ensuring
the best care for the patients they serve.
All All-Star Recruiting Physicians and Advance Practitioners go through a rigorous
process which includes (but is not limited to):
- Verifying State Licenses (Both Active and Inactive)
- Verifying Education and Employment
- A minimum of Three (3) Professional References
- Verifying CME Credit from the past Two (2) Years
- Request and Confirm any Medical Malpractice Claims
- NPDB Query
- Obtain Explanation for any Gaps in Education or Work History
Our internal Quality Assurance Team meets quarterly to review all files and any potential "red flags" are forwarded to an outside, independent medical board for review.
When you work with the Locum Tenens Professionals at All-Star Recruiting, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Locum Tenens specialist to serve as the liaison between your credentialing department and our healthcare providers. This way all required applications, documents, verifications, and other paperwork is complete and returned to you in a timely manner.
